Our mission is to deliver high impact development programmes and a wide range of training services that produce outstanding human performance in the renewable energy sector. To become the leading educational provider to the variety of programmes that promotes skills and the renewable energy industry by utilizing standardized training methods and teaching practices that will prepare workers and businesses with the knowledge and experience to succeed.

TYPES OF TRAININGS SYSTEMS

CLASSROOM TRAINING

Some courses are presented face-to-face at our offices where accreditation was granted, when we need our participants to have practical hands-on opportunities to master certain principles and/or skills.

ONLINE TRAINING

Future Leaders Institute of Technology will also be launching the FLITonline, which will include a series of online offerings such as webinars and online training courses throughout the year.
The online training courses enables accredited skilled professionals to be ready and available to you while you’re learning.

FLIT is also looking for sponsorship or partners for the renewable energy programmes, but if sponsorship or partners are not available, the candidate needs to be responsible for their own funding. FLIT will only present the course if there are a minimum of seven (7) paid participants.
